what do i need to use pc flatpanel on mac?

i have ordered my first mac, yes i am very proud thanks, and i'm wondering what converter if any do i need to get in order to use my 17" NEC flatpanel display?

What type of mac have you ordered?

Also has the flat screen got DVI?

If you got a powermac, you won't need an adapter. The video card inside comes standard with a vga port. You should just be able to plug it in and run.

I'm using a Viewsonic monitor i had on my old pc....works like a chamr on my powermac
