ok... you're just being pedantic or trying to be "funny"? assuming you actually dont realise what I meant I'll explain a little better...

buildings = dont kill people under normal (non-earthquake) circumstances and we kinda need them to live

earthquakes = things known as natural disasters

buildings + earthquakes = people dying.

Comprend??:rolleyes::

I'm sure there were few early natives on the planet that were killed in earthquakes with their huts and all. It probably wasn't till perhaps the Mayans with their elaborate structures that people started dying in them.

Tsunamis generated by huge earthquakes also kill people because of buildings? And in case you didn't knew, some earthquakes are powerful enough to make a whole land-mass disappear into the ocean so I'm not entirely sure what that has to do with buildings either.

But we're talking about earthquakes, no?

Lot's of people were killed in the tsunami because of the buildings they were in crumbling down.

I hope I don't have to see another big disaster in my lifetime. :(

No not really, most people just drowned while standing on the beach or somewhere else outside near the coastline. The Asian tsunami was generated by an earthquake.
