I have a question down there, still yet answered

So please help too, thanks

I just found very old ICQ 99 Contact list backups ZIPPED UP from 1999!

Does anyone know where there is tools for importing some of the Contact lists from old backups and merge them with the NEW ones (ICQ 2002, of course)?

I think you may have to swap your latest contact list in the icq folder with the old ones but you'd better not.:ermm:

miranda icq can import db from any icq client. you can use newest nightly build which support server-side contacts. and then if you still don't like miranda you can use aol's bloatware :)
