Vlad
Vacuum tubes on mother boards. Uh, good, I guess... Yeah. Good. Because we all know how terrible the quality of sound is in computers with "old sk00l copper!" God forbid we use copper wires; we need optical fibres to produce a "really good sound d00d!". Seriously, unless my speakers are spitting out crackles and pops (ala the infamous Sound Blaster Live! Value card problem) I could give a damn about my sound quality. But hey, at least I get to sit back and laugh at the people who spend so much on optic fibres for their speakers. And yes. I've "heard" the difference between optical/copper wiring. Unless I'm using five hair driers, seven microwaves, and powering all of Las Vegas from my living room, I can't hear the difference. Can you sense the sarcasm? Good. Chris123NT
only 3 PCI Slots??? EWWWWW!!! And wtf is with the vaccum tube. Can someone tell me what purpose the damned thing serves other than wasting space :p
Vlad
Yes, only 3. With onboard sound and LAN, you don't really need 5 PCI slots...
Chris123NT
In my experiences the onboard sound usually sucks :p
