3?

I WISH I only drank 3 a day. On my days off, I easily go through a 24 pack of Pepsi, sometimes more. On my work-days, I drink about 6 or 7 of those 20oz bottles, and then 5 or 6 cans when I get home.

Wow thats alot of soda, I thought my 5-8 cans a day was bad. I still drink alot of milk and eat alot of green vegtables so I still get all the calcium and vitamins I need and haven't had a cavity or broken bone yet, and the dentist still nags me not to drink soda

Yeah I know :( It's all we drink in my house, including my step-father who started the trend when he moved in. Other than pepsi, all thats in my fridge is milk, orange juice, and iced tea (which I bought, trying to curb my soda habit, but it hasnt been working) When pepsi goes on sale, we buy about 20-30 packs of it at a time and stockpile it in my garage...

When at work I drink one 20oz Mt. Dew, then 2-3 12oz cans of Pepsi... on my days off I drink 5-10 12oz cans of Pepsi :)

You do know Milk is useless right? Sure Milk has alot of calcium, but our bodies can't extract the calcium from milk.

I don't believe that. I think our bodies could get the calcium from the milk. Doesn't a baby need calcium in order to grow? I'm sure it gets the milk it needs from mother's milk.

I used to drink 1 can every 2 days, then 1 bottle a day, and now I don't even drink soda at all. I drink Sunny D or Minute Maid orange juice.

I've been cutting back on soda, drinking a lot more water among other things (Y) I would guess I drink about 2-3 sodas a month at the moment.

Maybe 5 cans a month or less, but now that it's summer, it's more tempting to drink...

I answered none because I rounded down

I used to be a six-pack a day guy, but I stopped drinking all soda on April 3rd of this year. Surprisingly, I felt a lot better. My moods were better, I wasn't as tired, I had more energy. Soda's a downer. I don't know if it's from the caffiene or what, but sticking to Aquafina is grand.
