Half-ton man loses 573 pounds in one year

I'm 6'4", and about 145lbs.

I have to work... literally WORK to put on weight.

I eat a few spoonfulls of peanut butter every night, and then do upper body exercises and such.

I weigh more than most of my friends, but they're also mostly about 5'6" or 5'7", so it shows more on them.

I'm 5'8" and 126lbs. I'm carrying a lot of muscle for my weight due to the cycling.

6 years ago I was 5' 0" and 72lbs due to whooping cough. Not very nice!!

Why don't you buy those weight gain powders? I heard if you drink a lot of milk you can gain weight as well, but then too much milk can cause calicum stones to build up as well :\

When was the last time you ate I might have to sponsor you. Poor little guy hasn't eating in weeks ;)

Btw if you need some extra bulk I'm willing to donate :D
