If so, you didn't look closely enough. It wasn't "6'5 or over", it was "over 6'5". That means if someone was 6'5, they would go for the option below.

When you started introducing feet into the equation, it would conflict with the over 6 and a half inches....

Oh, in that case, that was markjensen's fault :p I did all of them (mistakenly) with a decimal point, even though I meant to use a ' mark. So, before it was edited, there was no problem with superceding, even though I shouldn't have used the decimal on all of them.

Agreed, he made it that way, however, even before he edited it, you had my example of 5.1 - 5.3 and 5.1 - 6ft, which is def. a supercession....
