Bearzilla
I've got the VisionTek ti4600 and like it a lot. I upgraded from a GF3 ti500 and have not regretted it. I've found it to be completely stable under XP, has an excellent cooling design and the price was right. They were initially shipped without the VIVO cable. I complete the online registration and about 2 weeks later I got the cable and a T-shirt. I chose the Visiontek card because of the reviews and from the online user responses. Max
i myself have an asus, but i would say if price does not matter get the leadteck, tis a ******* inside a massive metal coffin i say! good cooling it has ;) edit: oh yeah, if you are looking for a card that comes with anything you could ever think of dream of, get the asus one. it comes with various connections for the tv out, meaning allmost any tv can be connected (great for me as my gf2 before came with something i presume is on american tvs) it also has a dvi converter, so j00 can connect up 2 standard vga monitors with no trouble
Max
btw, what is wrong with ba$tard, although i was not using its proper meaning, what if we were to discuss children born out of marriage, what then i say???!
1n$an3
I would go with the Leadtek because of it's power of all the other ones.
stncttr908 Veteran Posted June 25, 2002 Veteran Share Posted June 25, 2002 Leadtek or Gainward. The Visiontek is underpowered and overpriced.
Bearzilla
The VisionTek is underpowered? It has the same core and memory speed all the other boards out there (except that VERY expensive Gainward special sample) The VIVO ports is not as extensive as the new ASUS Deluxe card but it is also a LOT less expensive. Got it for $327 at a local show...seems like a pretty good price to compared to others. Maybe you shouldn't state just opinions and back up your data with facts... MulletRobZ
Why would you want a GeForce4 Ti 4600? The GeForce4 MX 420 should be more than enough, LOL! :D

kaffra
tom's hardware had a ok review of some geforce 4 cards around, might be a good read.
manroweb
Personally i would go for the Leadtek. But make sure u do some research on the features (particularly outputs) of each card before you buy. Oh and of course look at prices..hehe Here are a couple of reviews, which make good reading. As mentioned by "kaffra" is the article at Toms Hardware and an article at Anandtech Read them for yourself and make your decisicion.
