I'm in need of going to the dentist.. The upper part of my top teeth are losing enamel and it's slowly chiping away!

I think i have that too... what do the dentist do to prevent the enamel from chipping away?

Never had a cavity, had braces on the bottom, solved the problem in 5 months, i brush 3 times a day at least (I  brushing my teeth). Finally getting my wisdom teeth out in a couple weeks (had some headaches from my bottom ones pushing on my jaw) otherwise they've been perfect.

You better try to do it in the evening instead of the morming if you can becos at night the fluoride can do it's work the best if you sleep. Don't take this offensive, it's just a tip...

No Cavaties, never had braces, strong gums. My dentist recommend switching to diet sodas (sugar free) to avoid cavities. I also drink at least a glass of milk per day...I've heard that it helps strengthen them.

If you are going to criticise someone's grammar, you could at least spell grammar correctl:):)

I need braces, but my teeth's condition is pretty good. I went to the dentist Thursday (after not going for 6 years) and they said mine were nice and clean. :)

Who flosses regularly, by the way?

i was actually just thinking about this the other day becuase i'll admit to tooth negligance when i was younger. so as such i'd say mine are average 'cause i have a horrid memory so i'd forget to brush before i went to sleep

though for the past couple months i've been strictly hittin them after breakfast and before sleep, sometimes after lunch.

and to answer viserov's question, not me.

  • 1 month later...

My teeth are relatively white and I've never had a cavity. My alignment is rather poor, however. I could have opted for braces when I was younger, but I couldn't justify the $5000.
