What's The Best GSM Phone?

Recommended Posts

I have given in....I am getting another cell phone. I have gone 18 months without one and I love it - but I gotta break down and admit they can come in handy.

I did some research and I think the obvious choice is GSM. I am lucky AT&T supports GSM in my area. They will also activate any GSM1900 "unlocked" phone.

I am not particularly fond of the phones they listed, so I am going to buy from ebay/Europe/Asia.

The only requirements are a 1900 GSM.

But I wanted to hear what your thoughts are?

What phones do NeoWins use?

Do you like your phone? Do you hate it?

Thanks

I just got the Siemens S46. Great phone. I would get the Motorola T68 if I didn't have to travel. Since I travel across the US, I needed a phone that would cross over from TDMA to GSM and the Siemens does that.

I also like that I can use the IR port to access my iPAQ 3835 and get right out on the internet with my PDA.

If the T68 would have the cross over from GSM to TDMA, I would have purchased that phone due to the built in Bluetooth. This would allow me to access the internet in my PDA via Bluetooth, the ultimate way to travel.
