burning_jonny
Hey, My ISP has this "video email" service that uses Flash to stream swf video emails, but they stay on their servers and disappear after 14 days! Is there a Firefox extension or some program (I'm on Mac OS X by the way), that can record streaming swfs? Thanks.
Si Veteran Posted July 8, 2005 Veteran Share Posted July 8, 2005 In Firefox you can head to tools -> page info -> media Then just search for the item you want to save...
burning_jonny
Except that the url of the flash movie is http://mail.myisp.com/view.php?VEID=9876_e...tdIPg&preview=1 and all I can get to is mailview.swf?videoFileName=9876_esdsghhgh14354367734ffgftdIPg&vpath=5/i/c/9876&previewMovie so that means I get the container movie "mailview.swf" but not the video it streams... Just wondering if there was some easy way to get to the content as the ISP doesn't provide a way to save it do disk.
