bud1979
Like the subject. When the computer is doing its posts and while i play games like warcraft 3 the video is shakey. But in side of windows it is perfect. I have a geforce 2 ti card. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
Nude Rooster
Like literally shakey? Some games play at lower refresh rates unless you have fixed the problem in XP or you set it otherwise. I had the same problem for a while. Magnetic fields jock up your monitor. Make sure you dont have a telephone, fan, unshielded speakers, ANOTHER MONITOR, or anything that may have a magnet in it anywhere near your monitor, i would say at least 3 feet. Also when the washer/dryer comes on in my house just by by having the monitor pluged in to the wall, it can jack it up a little bit. try those things, most likely the case. bud1979
Well i will have to try the speakers. They are close but that is it. It is odd that it only does it when the post is going on at first or in a game. Odd. But yea the monitor screen is physically jumping. Thanks for the idea. I will try that
Nude Rooster
I dont know if this applies, but cement walls can also carry a magnetic field. Also gobs of wires.
