3beanlimit
 I'm guessing you oppose me? I think Judge Alito would do an awesome job of keeping the Constitution intact, unlike activist judges who write law from the bench... which is not what The Court was created for. 586240150[/snapback] Ok......but wouldn't that also apply to the Presidency? This administration has been doing just that. With locking up the Reagan archives, to blocking investigations since Bush took office. Are you going to do a "flip flop" on this and call it ok? Besides, I disagree with your viewpoint on how you think our federal judges are doing. It seem to me that...."activist" judges is an acronym for those who can't live with decisions made by said judges unless they ALWAYS go in their favor. Limbaugh to Fox all echo this bs. I'm sure there's going to be a huge stink. The guy isn't a moderate conservative.... Roe vs Wade? He's written a paper against it. A lot of Dems and even a few Rep's aren't going to like that. He's associated with Star......Strike number 2. I'd say he's going to get the nod but not without a lot of bickering.
