How ironic.Personally not gonna even bother getting a leaked version of this.I have to say I am kinda disappointed with the "new features" as it will (probs took them a whole of 10 minutes to make the new login screen, lmao)

No wonder you didn't get into the beta, stop bitching about it.

Aside from the fact your stone age OS can't run it

I don't beleive it's illegal to give information to users who want it, while not being under any NDA. Like I previously stated, if I were under NDA I wouldn't give information .

Not my fault 20min after the beta began I had my copy .

Thats exactly why you shouldn't get it without being invited. The purpose of it is to debug, not to brag to your friends that you have a newer version then they do.

What features will I want to report bugs for if I wouldn't use any of them?

(oops, that defeats the purpose of upgrading)

That mess.be thing is sneaky

I'm talking about responsibility. No one cares where or when you got this or that, if you want to do something, first show that you can do it. Don't feel it's your duty to inform people of MSN Messenger beta information

Woah Woah Woah, everybody lets calm it down, we are arguing over a chat program. It's not worth it.

As for the whole its naughty to leak, who cares  I mean msn 7.0 is out and being used, this 7.5 only has a few new features.

It's always been like that. People always have wanted betas, hence while alost every-single-build of MSN has been leaked. People will get it regardless knowing its BETA and could harm there system. People want the latest things, and will go to extremes to get them.

the only way to track leakers is if they inserted a small key into each download.

That way they could check the key of the leaked copy and know who's leaked it.

(leak was used alot in this sentence)

yeah, or they could just insert a series of small numbers onto the contact list or "about messenger" window that is not easily spotted with the bare eye. and microsoft would know who exactly posted the screenshots.

this is too much work, microsoft wouldn't do that

I don't have the linik.... :(

I mean... I'm Invited, and I also know where to get a leaked version, but I want to participate correctly in beta...

I log in into connect.micorosft.com, then i go to My Particioation => MSN Messenger Beta => Downloads, and I haven't any download...

Mhm... I'd do some kind of collecting info, what user uses leaked version, and ban it from future beta invites :) But it's to hard for MS, or under personal privacy, or smth.

Hehe... remember when 7.0 was in beta, and everybody was clawing at each others' eyeballs to get it? It's the same for every beta... and for every beta there's a sure-fire way of getting it:

"Don't mess with .be  :p "

I rest my case.

Mess.be no longer allow links to the leaked beta downloads.
