Zeitgeist
I use Easy-Go-Back to middle-click open new window and I use the Google Toolbar for Autofil/spellcheck. Admuncher runs to block advertisements.

Ollie_T
FirefoxView. Does that count? :p It means that if I ever accidentally end up in IE by mistake or after a program opens a page using IE, I can open the page or a link in Firefox from the IE context menu. So not so much a browsing enhancement for IE as a "get me out of IE" switch. I'm really interested to hear what decent IE addons people recommend and use though, to make IE as functional as possible for those times when I do use it..
