Chaoserver
Thanks to the current media frenzy and barrage of lawsuits surrounding violent video games, I can?t tell people what I do for a living without getting a lecture on the current plague of youth violence and the scourge that is Grand Theft Auto. I decided it was time for a rebuttal more effective than shrugging and saying, ?Well, I think you?re wrong.? Aaron Veteran Posted July 27, 2005 Veteran Share Posted July 27, 2005 This perception is not just in video games. Ask anyone if they think there is more crim enow than 10,15,20 years ago and mos twil lsay that today's society is much more periolous than previous ones. It just isn't true, but we live ina world where we are constantly reminded 24/7 of an abducted girl in FL instead of only once a day like it used to be on the evening news. It make speople think that it happens more often than it really does.
