umm yea, there are rendering cards that have 1 gig of mem.. and a for devs mainly(wouldnt do **** with a game) that's why the DEVELOPER'S Requirements are so high, for the reason that it's needed.. wasn't intended for normal users

That dosen't really mean much. One of the latest Halo 2 updates happened in the middle of the night. I think they setup like cron jobs for some important tasks.
