I was running dualboot with XPSP2 but that got annoying.

Now only Running Vista Beta 1 on gateway profile 5 (piece of ####).

Intel Pentium 4 2.8GHZ

512MB Ram

Geforce FX5200 64mb

My Sound card and modem doesnt quite work properly plus i have to install the xp drivers to make it work even a lil.

Vista however did conveniently install my built in Broadcom 54G WIFI Card.

Currently running it on my crappy desktop.

1.66ghz AMD Athlon XP 2000+, 256mb RAM, nVidia GeForce FX5200. It runs, just sucks for multitasking.

Mostly just did it for fun, and I don't use my desktop enough to really care. Really it's just a file/print server as far as I'm concerned.

Very badly.

Actually, no. The PE based setup needs at least 256 MB of RAM to get going. I'd be surprised if it even installed.

By the way I'm using:

Asus V6V laptop

Pentium M 750 @ 1.87 Ghz

2GB DDR2-400

60 GB HD

Ati X600 64 MB

-and-

Desktop

Intel Pentium 4 2.4 @ 3.2 Ghz

1 GB DDR-466

2x80 GB Diamond Max +9 | RAID0

Ati 9700 Pro AIW

Abit Ic7-Max3 motherboard
