Joseph Zollo
Can someone recommend a screenshot-taking program that will automatically save a screenshot to JPG/PNG when I hit the Print Scrn Button. I wanna get some WC3 screenshots for my buddies but the built in screenshot function is really crappy.

0 BroChaos Veteran Posted July 1, 2002 Veteran Share Posted July 1, 2002 i'm not sure if it will grab video, but snag-it gets my mouse cursors.
0 Ghost Cloud
does any freeware screen capturing programs catch your cursors?
0 Deryck
There is one called IrfanView that captures the cursor and the screen, capture either the foreground window or the client one, choose which "hot key" to use so to capture the image at that time, and save it automatically. But it does not capture motion media. Get it at http://www.irfanview.com/. The site seems to be down at the moment. I am also looking for a screen capturing program that captures media. 0 Guest mgorbach
Most screencap programs cant capture 'video' because they are directx overlays or something. There is one called Hypersnap DX that can, it can capture media player, powerdvd, etc, it is shareware though.
