looks like system 5 to me.

I thought so too, a lot like System 5, but the little arrows to expand the icons in the tray are different, system 4 and 5 have a single arrow.

Edit: Nevermind, I think thats quick launch he has there... It is System 5, thanks guys :)

Those arrows aren't for the tray.He has a folder toolbar all the way on the right, so there's no room for it. Clicking those arrows brings up the contents.
