CursorXP worth it?

Question

so, is this program really any good? i have some pretty awesome standard cursors that i really like, so i'm not really that tempted. if you use it and like it, what cursors do you use?

[edit]well after browsing 11 pages at wincustomize.com, i've only come across 2 sets that are decent (ad16 and ad22). so i think i'm gonna pass :p

there are much better standard icon sets IMO.[/edit]

IMO, i think it sucks, free or pro, just a bunch Fisher-Price looking cursors, sucking up resources, but again, that is only imo.....

well so far i'm agreeing with you. 98% of the cursors at winxustomize blow big time. i thought maybe someone around here might have something better, so i asked.

mmmm.... I have Cursor XP Plus v1.20 and I would say that it's improvement over previous builds. (noticeable improvements, of course)

It don't really use up THAT much resource. Anyways, I am Pro for Cursor XP. Currently, I am using "ProTools" and I changed the brightness so instead of gray-ish, it's now more silver-ish white.

By the way, I use cursors that actually don't detract my away from work. (some cursors are "unique" but pretty much useless if you are really trying to do something)

Have you actually used the latest build????

It currently uses 0% of CPU with 1.68KB Mem usage.

I too use the Pro Tools cursor as it is the best cursor there by far.

Just download it.

The Pro Tools is one of the themes that came with Cursor XP.

In the Themes pull down menu find ProTools. Click apply and there u go!
