akb
got the same problem. have an acer aspire 30220wlmi with integrated broadcom 802.11g wifi... it correctly detects it and installs the driver, but it doesnt work. all diagnostics say its running, passes the tests, but the led at my notebook does not light up and at one tab of the diagnostic tool it tells me radio was disabled, though i got several responses (in the drivers settings, an other tab of the diagnostic tool and so on) with radio "enabled". also tried different drivers (802.11b/g, broadcom and microsoft revision, tried to downgrade to 801.11b drivers...), but nothing helped, just got worse ("cannot start device" and so on). well, i think theres just a very small issue when driving this driver with vista, since its running so far... but it disables the radio for no reason
