I buying a new laptop soon with Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 900 i wanted to know if the glass and visual effects will work.

There are no LDDM drivers for Intel graphics adapters in beta 1, so glass/dwm will not run for you in beta 1. Its possible that support for your adapter will be added later on.

If it supports DX9 it will run. It all depends on how well it will run though, and thats something you can find out if you run Vista.

So Far The Lowest Card i installed on with all effects...and very smooth to my surprize! was the gforce fx 5200 :D

i installed the driver for fx5200....

working fine with the glass effect..

There's a tweak to allow DWM effects on unknow graphic cards, not sure if it covers Intel, but why not give it a try. tweakvista.com

doesn't anyone lose glass when they max a window? if I drag to size it stays, but using the buttons it turns to black
