Which videocard?

Recommended Posts

I'm thinking on buying a new videocard, but i'm not sure which one... gf3 or gf4 ti 4200? I think gf4 is better, besides it's the less powerfull of gf4 family...

What do you think? :ermm:

Thanks

gf4ti4200 128MB is the ideal card. not too expensif and most of them O/C well up to the speed of a ti4400 and higher

So, you think that's not good idea to buy the gf4 ti4200 64mb... :ermm:

the price difference between the 64mb and 128mb ain't big for the difference in performance. here a msi gf4ti4200 64mm costs 220 and a 128mb 280 CAN.

and btw, yeah amd rulez :devious:

yeh I Think its time for you to upgrade... unless your waiting the day til all games don't work Starting by Unreal Tournament 2003 :ermm: . Go with a choice in the gf4 series thats all I can say. These games which are comming need freakin power! and ur athlonxp can handle gf4 cards

This might not be the best card in the world to buy, but I have been using the Hercules Prophet 4500 w/ TV Out, and it's been wonderful. I have had no issues at all with this card. It's extreemly cheap, and works with all the latest games. Now, if it's going to work with UT 2003, that's a good question. I haven't got the demo yet. But, so far, no issues. :)

definetly go for teh geforce 4 ti 4200 m8 it is the best price/performance graphics card available on the market to date. and it is furture proof for the whole "next generation" of games (ie. games based on unreal engine version 2 - UT2003 & Unreal 2 for example - and the doom 3 engine)

with geforce 5 coming out at the end of the year and direct x 9 compatability this is a perfect time to buy this card... so go ahead.. u know u want 2! lol

l8rs m8

ArFirst of all are you talking about a regular GF3, or the Ti500 or the Ti200. Yeah, but the Ti4200 is KickAss? compared to all of these, so definitely get the GF4 Ti4200
