otero1
Just installed IE7 Beta.. What's going on?? Look at the pic please... 586310222 You are running it with now add-ons. The icon you may have clicked on was under: Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Sytem Tools : Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) . Just run the normal IE. Located here : C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer , Run iexplore.exe .
LUTZIFER
lol... well at least now I know what that one looks like, never did try launching IE 7 with that alternative shortcut. I had been kinda curious, just haven't bothered.
Windam
The deal is everyone is making judgements on products that aren't even finished. I don't blame no one because it has been really too long to build IE7 and Vista. But if MS is looking forward to demolish Mozilla in the browser market share I'm sure they have a better approach on the upcomming betas.
TheWahbinator
You probably ran it with the -noaddons switch. Try just running the executible iexplore.exe itself.
Conformity_Inc
MS should supply instruction manuals with their betas.....so many people aren't intuitive enough to figure the simple things out. (not talking about this guy specifically, but come on, how many "THEY DIDN'T EVEN ADD A REFRE$H OR $TOP BUTTON" comments were made.) Shameless. neufuse Veteran Posted August 3, 2005 Veteran Share Posted August 3, 2005 I won't read the first post but there is nothing odd when using a FEAKING BETA MAN! 586319854 if you would of read the first post and looked at the image and had some basic knowladge of IE7, you'd of known that IE7 has a "start without add-ons" mode which you can get though a context menu start of IE from the desktop or from the accessories tools menu which does this
