dual boot, XP and Vista

Recommended Posts

Hello

I have 1 hard drive with XP and another with Vista/Longhorn on, but when i boot i only get the option to boot with Vista/Longhorn.

How can i get the option to boot to XP as well?

When you boot it should have two options. the first is something like "Legacy pre longhorn bla bla" and the second is Longhorn. Choose the "pre legacy bla bla" and you will get another menu option with WinXP on it.

push the windows key + pause to open the system properties window. choose the advanced tab, then under startup and recovery click the settings button. click the edit button and delete the line of the o/s that you don't want in the list anymore.
