All beta testers and messenger fanatics alike, Beta build 244 of 7.5 is ready for download!

Genuine beta testers can now download this from the download section of the ms connect website.

All previous users of the latest 7.5 builds i believe can retrieve the new build by restarting msn messenger and this should trigger an auto-update.

- as far as i'm aware of there arn't much cosmetic improvements/features in this build but i'm continuing to search for them !

enjoy

Messengermad.com News Flash: MSN Messenger 7.5.0244

Thanks to Larney for reporting this to me via MSN Messenger. MSN Messenger 7.5.0244 has hit the net. The new build which was put in via MSN Updates, is now available on the net. But of course, it has been leaked already. Messenger-Blog.com reports, "The only notable difference at the moment is that they have been playing with the conversation window. A users DP is now independed of the text area they can type in, and can only be hidden when they choose to hide the other users? DP as well. Besides that little gimmick no significant changes have been found. The MAJOR thing that has been identified in this build, is that the infinite nudges when your status is set to busy has finaly been fixed."

Exclusive Information: Reports from some folks say that the search/send is now one button in the conversation window. MSN has also disabled the ability to send .exe's, but that has been a precaution for awhile

Haha. I wish someone would make Gmail integration in MSN. That would be awesome. :)

Umm... that can't be right. I'm not a beta tester, or... well, ANYTHING.

I got a "New Version of Messenger!" box earlier today. Now I have 7.5.0244!

 wth?

Kind of weird... somebody baught me a subscription to DeviantArt, too. I never got an email or anything...

My lucky day?

And F.Y.I: The send/search button change isn't the only one. All of the resize problems have been fixed when you make the window reeaall small, like I do.

you are probably looking at the BETA information window? if you open Help > About MSN Messenger 7.5 BETA, it says on the last line:

double click the shortcut to the MSN Messenger Home Page (....) located on your desktop and clicking the download button.

it's actually ME in the screen shot.. and Gamedtx taking it. we have each other on MSN.. but we are actually both using the same theme.

Gamedtx actually sent it to me too.. LOL, but it's called "Longhorn5203VS_v1_4.zip" not exactly sure of the real name. PM Gamedtx for it
