Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum....

Question

...will not let me extract a tract from a CD to my hd. I had no problem doing this with v3, but since v5 only works with XP I'm kinda stuck.

Am I missing the command somewhere? I can't find it in the documentation or online and it's got me rather honked off.

If Roxio DID remove the function, WHY?

thanks in advance,

i my be so wrong with this but cant you just put the cd in a drive then go to my PC and then right click the drive and press explore then copy the track you want and save it somewhere then burn it to a nother cd or play list? that what i would do but it works fine for me

PS do you have all the updates and or the latest 5.1.0.20

Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum....

....sucks. :p

But seriously, you might want to fuel that frustration into getting better burner software, such as Nero. Easy CD Creator 5 is just trash.

I fully agree, I used to use Easy CD Creator 5 until I entered the wonderful world of Nero. It has more features and burns much faster than ECDC.

Hi all,

I solved the problem tonight and now I'm a happy girl!

As for Nero, I tried the trial version and it crashed badly on my system. Have no idea why, but I'm sticking with Easy CD for now.

THANK YOU, EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
