Elektro
ATX (304mm*220mm) = ATX (12.9" x 9.6") ? it converts just under the ATX form factor, so i should be ok, right? 11.96'' x 8.66'' no replies, so here is some current mobo info, thanks to Sandra. Morfious
You need to get a new motherboard and cpu, and case if you dont know what fits in your case right now. You can get a decent case for 50-60 dollars, and the other 140 can be spent on a decent motherboard (stick with abit, asus, gigabyte, iwill) and an athlon xp 1500 or 1600+ oem. Go to http://gamershq.madonion.com and ask in their forums. It is a gaming - hardware modification site....there are some really really big hardware modders there and they will be happy to help you if you need it. O1Hitman1O
If you?re going to buy something over the phone or the internet I would suggest you check and see if they are a good place to buy from, Cause some places like to send you broken stuff. Try http://www.resellerratings.com and see what other people have to say about the company you want to buy from.

Elektro
http://www.compubuzz.com/motherboards/k7ama_combo.htm same product, cheaper, better retailer according to that site u showed me Hitman, and shipping included when u figure it out... an still cheaper  but once u add the AMD warranty/ other packages (which i will most likely do) its around 230.
