Intrabyte
it is a very tight system I got to say. If I had that cash to spend on a machine I would also go with the p4 northwood... then agian HAMMER will hammer them!... going with DDR instead of Rambus was a wise choice BY WHAT I HEARD (personnaly I don't know myself) IF you are ready to buy a mad GF4 ti4600 then you should get the Visiontek Xtasy Geforce4 Ti4600 IMO. other than that I dunno what to say except that its strong enough
Jm1397
strong system, but buy a motherboard that supprots PC1066 RAMBUS, then your system will speed up. it might be a bit more expensive, but dam it smokes other cpus using DDR.

handyman
I personally don't like the way Rambus does business in the memory market. Currently Rambus is being sued for Anti Competion practices. They charge memory manufacturers like Kingston 50-100million a year in royalty just to produce RDram. memory. Good thing about ddr memory is that anyone can produce it. OK getting back to your computer. Everything seems to look good. But I would buy Crucial ram. Even though its more money, Many overclockers used it. Meaning its better. But I have no scientific evidence to support this. Last and finall word. Have you tried the website PRiceWatch.com . They have great prices. I just bought a asus a7v333 for 106 dollar for my athlon processor.
