Building AMD Based Computer

Hey Building a new comp.. AMD.. :) what do u guys think about this:

Computer Specs:

Processor: AMD ATHLON XP 2200+/266 FSB PROCESSOR CPU - OEM

Motherboard: A7V333-RAID

Hard Drive: WD 120GB EIDE ULTRA-ATA/100 7200RPM W/8MB BUFFER - WD1200JB

Memory: 2X SAMSUNG 256MB DDR 333MHZ PC-2700

Case: PLUS1080B Performance Plus Series ATX SOHO BLACK File Server ATX + 430w True Power PS ( PLUS1080B )

Processor Fan: Thermalright AX-7 w/ 80mm Delta fan

Video Card: Gainward GeForce4 PowerPack! Ultra/700XP Golden Sample GeForce4 Ti 4400 128MB DDR Video Card w/DVI, VIVO

Sound Card: SOUND BLASTER AUDIGY GAMER

Monitor: 19IN/18V 24MM 1920X1440 75HZ P90F FLAT CRT SILVER/BLACK

Speakers: Z560 400WATTS SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM W/M3D MATRIX

DVD Drive: Samsung 16X Black DVD Drive SD-616B

What else do i need? LOL :D plz do let me know.. and if it sticks out side the case.. i would like it black :p

Get the Thermalright AX-7 if you want the best heatsink, there are many other heatsinks a LOT better than the Dragon Orb 3. Just check out any Socket A heatsink roundup review.

Other than that, its kick ass.

just to let you know if you're considering raid: if you're planning on using a raid-0 striped configuration, you can't "just upgrade" without backing everything up, setting up the stripe and reinstalling. of course if you don't mind that (a lot of people reformat frequently), it's no big deal. but i know i've run into a situation where i had about 80gb of data and i had to replace my hd's - hard to back up that much stuff if you don't have a spare hd or cash ;) just depends on what you wanna do/if you have a lot of files, etc. :)

i read a few reviews and think it is better.. :)

chunk that WD, and get 2 maxtor ata133..for raid, when you get the cash.. (i have both maxtor 60 gig ata133, raid0 and its great)

oh, and maybe you can use the WD for a backup/storage drive...

goodluck, and let me know have you like the a7v333, i currently have the gigabyte 7vrxp .. and its kinda weird.. but, i still need to configure everything.

well i am thinking that i will buy the WD right now.. and then buy another later.. and do raid.. i really dont mind reformating.. i reformat a lot... like my system clean, clear and under control :p

how much BETTER can i get than 86F hmmm? and 100F on Load? hmmm?

The Dragon Orb 3 is a great product!

ok.. now i am confused.. :p

Should i get a:

- Thermalright AX-7

- VOLCANO 7+

- DRAGON ORB 3

i really dont care about the noise.. its in a different room.. so not worries about my sleep :p

i care about how well it cools and if it fits my mobo.

and about the memory collors. should i get a:

- PASSIVE MEMORY COOLING KITS

- ACTIVE MEMORY COOLING KITS
