Monarch Posted August 8, 2005 Share Posted August 8, 2005 well i have got some probs with loading java applets from firefox recently..when i click on any java link to popup it just doesnt do anything..even if i try to open the option in firfox. firefox just crashes on me.. i tried reinstalling both java and firefox but it doesnt solve the prob.. as i uninstall java from machine i can open the option in firefox but as soon as its reinstalled i cant open the options again...need some serious help.. everything is working fine with IE just with firefox i cant open java or any popup on certain sites.. i checked popup are not bad.. and i was using it and havent changed any settings.. also no firewall in case some info needed.. using winxp pro Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

HoochieMamma Posted August 8, 2005 Share Posted August 8, 2005 Navigate to this: C:\Documents and Settings\"Your Name Here"\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles And delete the folder in there. This will delete all your plugins and bookmarks and extensions. You can back up your bookmarks by copying over the bookmarks.html file in that folder.
