CS DEMO, convert to Flash

Question

Is there any way where I can import a small clip, of a counter-strike demo, into flash?

If so how would I do it?

And if not, how would I convert it to mpg, or avi format?

thanks

easy way would be to run the tv out and record it, then run it back in...if you've got some DV equipment the quality wouldn't be that bad...

It all depends on what you've got the format in at the moment. I'm pretty sure flash can import movie files by going to file - import or file - import to library.

Moved to software assistance.

when you record a CS demo, it saves it in .dem format

therefore, you have to play it in Counter-strike itself

yeah, .dem isn't going to cut it. You need some sort of movie file for flash.

Would help if your video card to screen recording...that would make your life easy.

Right now I cant find the links... but...

There was this command in half life to convert EVERY single frame into a standard BMP.. then you use a movie tool to make each frame into a movie... i see if i can find these links...
