DrunknMunky Veteran Posted August 12, 2005 Veteran Share Posted August 12, 2005 How do you switch off the Bittorrent client that is built in. I can't see any settings for it. Am I over looking or is there no way to do so? I prefer using an external client and fed up of having to right click > save as with torrent links. I'm using 8.10 if that is any help. TIA
HoochieMamma
Can't you just save target as for it and download the .torrent file?

I'll stick to right click though if there is no other way. What choice do I have ;)

Kipper
Two options - either 1. preferences/advanced/downloads/open with.... or 2. Edit your opera6.ini and add the lines : [bitTorrent] Enable=0 Should do the job - good luck :)
