chavo
Hmmm. I've got the same motherboard and haven't noticed this sound issue. I installed the latest beta nForce drivers though. This might be the difference.

cropcircles
Asus P5GD2 Deluxe working with Audigy 2. I downloaded the latest Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 and Audigy 2 ZS series Beta driver with OpenAL support from the following. http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/download.asp I didn't uninstall anything first. And I didn't update the driver from the Device Manager, I just ran the self installation in XP mode. Good news. Coming in on all 6 speakers. Sometimes it will start out with some crackling but will kick into full stero after about ten seconds. Sounds really good with winamp radio. :) Edited August 28, 2005 by cropcircles
