C:\Smoke>
I would wait and see... you never know, they may have actually made Norton nice this year. Its a long shot tho!
LK.
This is odd hearing about Norton being crappy all the time... I've tried Kaspersky before, and even had both installed, and Windows was still running, opening and closing programs at the same speed.. ;)

I've been with Norton for years...and my pc is always slow... 586414711  = nod32/symantec corp/avast  = norton/mcafee/avg

IceBrewedBeer
Whats wrong with AVG? Why am I hijacking the thread, and what IS the point in posting about Norton when you darn well know everyone is just going to flame it up? =(

Why am I hijacking the thread, and what IS the point in posting about Norton when you darn well know everyone is just going to flame it up? =( 586430446 in my experience, avg is unreliable and often fails to catch/remove threats. Duke D
Meh, what i like about norton unlike other programs is that you can get a good anti-virus protection and a very effective firewall for less than 60 bucks unlike many of the others, plus ive been using norton forever and i rlly dont see the " slow " issue you are all having meh, guess im just lucky, what i hate is everyone bad-mouthing Norton just because of bad experiences you've personally experienced.
