The Patri0t
Hello every one, I want to know the behaviour of Firefox regarding a few things. I have noticed that Internet Explorer even if you dont clear the cache, does not use the cache to the best. Firefox speeds my dial up alot ;) when I dont clean my cache and I always get updated version of the websites not old! I have a few questions...Internet Explorer's cache can be viewed, just by double clicking on the picture or the HTML page stored in the Temporary Internet Files directory. But when I opened Firefox's Cache folder, the cache is stored in some else format and won't open with any image viewing software. Is there any way I can see the cache stored, the pictures stored in cache of Firefox? Is there any way? Is the cache viewable? Or its encrypted with some alogrithm by Firefox? If I clear the History and Cookies and do not clear the Cache, will the browser be able to use the Cache stored when next time I visit the sites? which I last visited? Like Hotmail, will the usual graphics be loaded from the Cache or from the web site directlY? :ninja:
The Patri0t
Ok. I just checked about:cache and I can view the Cache files from there. The images stored. Is there any way to encrypt this? So no body can view it except Firefox when the site is visited? Is there any Extension for this purpose?
