Cask1 Share Posted August 31, 2005 I had never installed a transformation pack since an old version of Windows X transformation pack, which gave me a bad experience. I must say I am really impressed with your work, it feels a lot like the real thing. Installation was flawless and everything runs smooth. Keep up the good work, and thanks for this pack. Dirty Diaper Share Posted September 5, 2005 I've tried alot of "longhorn" attempts that were nothing more than apps running in the background and eating up CPU cycles. But this is truly genious. plus it does a restore point should you need to go back to your XP look again. truly a good find. we need to donate money to this cause. truly good work.
thatguyhenry Share Posted September 5, 2005 ok.....wtf is this error.
Bytestar Share Posted September 6, 2005 (edited) Yours pack is the best at all so far I found however a small error. The hard drive symbols are not from windows Vista, those in build 5048 used however the no more in Vista. I do not understand also why these symbols still in the shell32 am. But in computer (my computer) they any more do not appear, here the symbols from imageres.dll are used. my please you would know the new symbols into your pack insert then are perfect it. Samoa Share Posted September 6, 2005 I'm using it now. Had some touble installilng, had to restart the install twice, but it installed. I disabled the object dock, and toolbar, now it runs smoother. I like Kol's version better though. Will possibly place the image file back...
ProjectRAGE Share Posted September 7, 2005 The pack is good but for the objectbar thing I prefer using RocketDock..much better IMO, but I do like it better then the Longhorn trans pack, good work overall, installed without a problem! good work.
