One thing I hated about my old MS wireless keyboard is that the special F1, F2, etc. buttons were on by default.  I like how on my logitech they aren't.

That annoyed me so much on my Microsoft MultiMedia Keyboard 1.0A that I went and bought a Logitech Media Keyboard.

What?s the DPI on those?

Plus did Microsoft replaced their tilt-wheel? The Tilt-wheel on those older mousses where horrible.

I hope the new Tilt-wheel includes clicks like a normal scroll wheel does.

The newer generation MS keyboards will stay keep F Lock on when you turn the computer off so it's far less annoying. There's a quick registry patch available on the net that reverses the F Lock function, too.

It's nice to see MS keeping up the good work with their hardware. Having recently changed to the MS Wireless Optical Desktop for Bluetooth recently, I have no real need to upgrade just yet. Unless laser mice fix the annoyances of optical mice, such as jumping randomly.
