Elliot B.
My Old Setup: C: Primary (5,400 RPM) @ 16 Gb D: Secondary (Unknown RPM) @ 200 Mb Apparently, the 200 Mb HDD slowed down the 5,400 RPM drive, so I upgraded to: C: Primary (5,400 RPM) @ 16 Gb D: Secondary (7,200 RPM) @ 40 Gb So, is my 5,400 RPM drive slowing down my 7,200 PRM drive? Thank you :D

Rudy
hum...how could i word this...... you knwo the cable u plug the HD to?? well if both HD are connected to the same cable then it will slow down your other HD, but a good way to go around this is to plug your ftp HD to the other cable (there should be 2 of them, one going to your HD and one to ur CD drives) here what it will look like ________ C: Drive as a master / Primary cable------ ________ nothing or CD Drive as a Slave ______ D: Drive as Master (or slave) / Secondary cable------- ______ CD Drive as Slave (or master) hope that will help...
