Rudy
I ran a test at www.pcpitstop.com and for some reasons, my C: drive got only 2.95 mb/s while my D and E gets 5 mb/sec.... whats weird is that my C: drive is 7200rpm and my D and E (same HD) are 5400rpm...... so should i reinstall windows on my D?? sailgreg
I dont know how reliable those test are, but you could try :) If it really is a faster drive it would be a bit faster :) I ran the test, and it said my hd was 36% Fragmented, I havent done it in a year :)

lawtai
hmm that's pretty funny, I just went over there and ran the tests on my comp. It said that my C drive was going at 2.5MB/s while my D drive was at 7MB/s. But my C and D drive are both from the same hard drive, just partitioned off... caustiK
those are some strange results... :ermm: try running and standard benchmark like hdtach or sisoft sandra - you can search on google to find 'em - should give you a more accurate result :)
