JuGGalo
copper heat sinks are the best the are alot heavier tho most around the 500grams but they give better adverage cooling with a lower rpm fan but i have always added a few case fans too and kept my sides on and found it helps the cooling alot if i turn the case fans off my cpu temp goes up quite a bit so get a good quality heatsink http://www.below-0.net/belowzero.asp have a good range with there own brand coolers i have an ocelot on my .13 1ghz p3 and temps are 28c to 32c under load amd retail kits now have the puma 2 heatsink in it a mate got this (XP Retail Kit) and his xp 2000+ runs at 38c under load but he also has the std fan that is rated at 4500rpm on it below-0 offer different fans for a little extra
