n30w1n
I CAN'T STAND this bug anymore. Every so many pages, a link I visit or URL I type in returns a "could not be found" alert. If I click it again, works like a charm. I know other people are having this problem too... Does anyone know how to fix it?
n30w1n
Are you using deer park and experencing the 'application path' feature? 586451117 Nope, it's FF 1.06 on XP Pro SP1.

Commodore Max
You'll have to be a little more precise. The problem could be with your ISP, or your computer. Send us specs, something to work with ...

I have the same problem and I know others who have it also, it is some sort of bug in 1.

Send us specs, something to work with ... 586451135 I doubt it's the computer or my ISP, and I've heard of lots of users having the problem. As I said, every so often random links just display cannot be found alert. The standard "www.whatever.com could not be found. Please try again later." message. When you click again, it works fine. It can happen on any link you click or URL you type in manually.. I have FF 1.06 on XP Pro SP1, no extentions installed, Bell Sympatico through D-Link Wi-Fi router... But I am pretty sure this is a Firefox bug.
aznboi5022
yeah i get that bug too. never thought to much of it because sometimes it really is the sites server.
kurono
I've got the same problem too. But I'm using Deer Park Alpha 2, and I've also got Bell. I've never really thought much about this because I've read that Bell recently has had some DNS issues, so I usually just shrug it off, hoping this will be fixed soon. I just changed mine to 4.2.2.2 and 4.2.2.6, some very fast and accurate ones.
