redFX
Is it possible to change the behavior of the back button in firefox to make it 100% cache the previous page? Like what opera is doing... when you click on the back button in firefox, it loads up the previous page, but in opera it just loads a cached version which comes up instantly. Anyway to make firefox do this?
OSUKid7
I think that will be a feature in Firefox 1.5 (now Dear Park Alpha).
neodescis
Wait for Firefox 1.5. It will have this enabled by default.
bangbang023 Veteran Posted August 31, 2005 Veteran Share Posted August 31, 2005 If you are using a nightly build, it is possible to turn on this feature. Goto about config and create a new integer value. The name of the value should be browser.sessionhistory.max_viewers and it's recommended to set it to a value of 5 - 10 (5 being the value recommended by the devs).
