Free version of opera

Well, I tried the bookmark panel as you suggested and it didn't let me change the order of the favs at all. I couldn't drag or copy/paste the fav links. It appeared as though it was going to let me place the fav somewhere, but as soon as I let go of the button, it just stayed in its original location. Even if that worked, having a panel taking up screen realestate sucks ass. There is no logical reason not to allow the user to rearrange favs and delete bookmarks from the standard bookmark tab.

I have Opera set to be identified as Opera, not IE.

Not sure what you mean by the neowin.net url thing.

I believe you need to go to bookmarks -> manage bookmarks. View button, select my order, or whatever sort you want.

You can't drag and drop in a menu, because menu widgets don't support that, and for whatever reason I don't understand, Opera has yet to implement the psudo menus that IE uses for that.

you have a 3px switchbar near the edge of the screen and you can turn it on whenever you wat. Also hitting the "switchbar" is easier than trying to hit a little button in the top menu... And you have a "view" button in the panel menu, which you have missed all the way, even thoug I had it pointed to you.
