Another thing you can try is to shorten the names of your links.

Change "Gmail - Inbox" to "Gmail",

"Google Image Search" to "Image Search",

etc.

This will make more room on the current toolbar.

Is there anyway to add a new row for shortcut links in firefox?

Why not just add folders instead of links? It's always worked for me

Thanks for that Triliaeris. :) Nice to have a mod quick on the scene.

As for the folder icons. Therse are easily changed with the themes.

Click the tools menu, then themes. Click the 'Get more themes' link and you'll have a choice of ones to use. Personally, I use either Azerty I or II. Similar, but give it a dfferent feel. Hopefully you can find something you like.
