Help with ResHacker and a Flash standalone.exe

Question

I'm 90% sure it can't be done, but maybe someone else knows otherwise.

I'd like to disable the "Maximize/Restore" button and the "Minimize" button on a Standalone Flash program (projector) I'm creating as a launcher for a CD I'm assembling. Perhaps if someone knows of a program that has those buttons disabled and can open in in ResHacker, they can find what is different between that program and most others... (It'd also be cool if they couldn't resize the window at all...)

The real reason I want to disable them is so that people who don't know any better don't mess with the window on their computer and make it more confusing than it has to be.

It would probably take more programming knowledge than I currently have to actually make that work, because Res Hacker probably can't do it, but something else probably could, but I don't want to learn another program either...

what you could do, is install vb and set the dialog how you want, then load the flash player ocx file (offhand dunno the name) and make it play your flash file.

just a thought

cheers

I'm trying to do this for a little $$$ as I can, and I don't have a license for VB, so that's not really an option. That would make the program cost too much. =)

I was hoping for freeware or close to it, but I didn't think it could be done anyway.
