Yes I think that is what he is saying.

And my answer to that is YES Katrina victim or not.

Reason: I'm a scumbag

Sure...why not =P. Money is money, and most of our money has been "drug" money at one point or another.

in a study of currency from banks in cities around the country, Mr. Hearn concluded that 97% of the bills tested positive for cocaine.

Show me the money!

Exactly.

So the people that use drugs bought a product and now the the drug lord is going to give it to me, sure I'll take it.

Yes, why not? You could even justify it by say that your taking the money out of the drug trade circulation by doing it and helping yourself, when you need it most, in an effective way.

I dont see how this would come up though, Columbian drug dealers donating to Katrina relief fund or something?

The reason I asked is because a rapper, T.I (former "dope boy") challenged drug dealers of ATL (Atlanta) to donate money to the Katrina victims. Here is the story...

Now, I heard that Magic City in Atlanta accepted a challenge by T.I. and donated 10 stacks to the people caught up in Katrina. Can you believe it? Even a strip joint is giving money to help people out. Those girls must have been clapping like crazy over the weekend! I heard T.I. called on all the D-Boyz to give at least one thousand dollars and surprisingly, a lot of money came through. The Rubber Band Man gave $50,000 himself. I heard the ?T.I. Takeover of V-103? in ATL made about $250,000 in about 3 hours. He?s a hustler, baby!

I voted yes. Seeing as my daughter and I are trying to pay out $175.00 a month more than we bring in since my wife left us with all the bills, I would jump on it faster than a duck on a june bug.
