ps89
Has anyone tried this extension? Is it useful? I want to try as my computer was infected with virus through Java exploit. keithy397
Yep, been using it for a few months now. It's a bit like training a firewall, the extension won't allow any scripts to run unless you allow them. You can permanently allow or temporarily allow. I like it. Actually what Java exploit do you suffer?
insanekiwi
it's a quite hefty extension since it blocks everything. which is quite awesome imo  just allow trusted sites. love it (Y)

In less than a second, Norton Antivirus popped up and told me that my computer was infected with a Trojan Horse. Luckily Norton Antivirus managed to delete it. From then onwards, I'm getting more concerned about my computer's safety. Just hope that NoScript will help to block sites with Java Applet :)
IceDogg
Oh it does an excellent job! A little hint for you tho.. if you goto a site that's got some flash or something you want to see.. you know where someone linked a joke here or something. Use the temperary allow this site instead of just whitelisting it. That way the next time you open your browser you don't have to worry about what site you allowed to see some joke. And your white list doesn't get so huge that you start to worry.
bush
a superb extension. add only neowin.net and you won't get these text ads on articles or whatever how do you call them. on slow connections this can be very annoying.
