Nocturna1 Posted September 12, 2005 Share Posted September 12, 2005 Where you're at a website and as you scroll down using your mouse's scroll wheel it intermittently kinda just stops scrolling and then even if you scroll up or down it doesn't go. Then all of a sudden it'll start working again. I can move my mouse at any time when this is happening, just scrolling doesn't really work. This just started happening.
